The work that I want to do in an organization is to spark and sustain continuous development through ongoing conversations that drives performance and growth. I enjoy combining high-performance development with feedback and coaching, creating a sustainable and scalable learning platform, aligning a company’s OKRs to achieve objectives, and equipping managers and leaders to drive this exponentially within the company.
